The Strategy of the War
The strategy of our war is multifaceted. We will need to attack on all fronts at the same time. At the same time, we will need to defend our positions with all we have. The central part of our defense will be the legal defense of our fighters. Among other things, our war is that of attrition. We will unleash millions of Americans on the streets of D.C. and other major cities. However, we are not going to fight this war with arms and ammunition. Our main weapons are going to be Nonviolent Civil Disobedience, Sit-ins, Die-ins, Clog-the-Streets, etc. Consequently we can anticipate a huge number of arrests. At such points, we will need an army lawyers who can rush to the scene and represent our fighters. For that we constitute a Legal Desk. Eventually, more extended court battles will have to be fought in behalf of our leaders, for they will not be easily released, and will necessarily face serious charges. Of course, the government will be fighting an unconstitutional battle there, because our constitution has granted us the right to fight a runaway government. The Legal Desk will be our main defensive forces.
That said, let us outline the main strategy of our war. First and foremost we need to get at least 10,000,000 Americans on the streets of D.C. For that we will, through this website, and our other friends, call on the American people to participate. Also there will be a huge task of logistics to be handled. For that we form a Logistics Desk. The main task of the logistics desk will be to organize our forces and coordinate their movements, concentration, their food and supplies, and transportation. The Logistics Desk will be also responsible for coordinating with the Legal Desk to arrange prompt and adequate representation for our fighters in the field. This part, the Popular Uprising part is our spearhead thrust. The purpose of the POPUP is to prevent the Congress from passing any new laws until we achieve our objectives---complete resolution of the Congress and resignation of the entire Obama administration. After this happens, we will want to keep the administration in place long enough to ensure law and order inside of the country and Defense with respect to foreign attacks, so that a prompt Constitutional Congress can be convened, and later a national election can be held.
.
While the spearhead action is taking shape and is conducted, we will also need to pursue other fronts of attack. The most important other front is that of the Constitution. We want to file thousands of suits against the Federal Government to challenge the constitutionality of much of what it has done since Obama administration took office. Furthermore, as already noted, we wish to hold a Constitutional Congress, eventually, and also to strip the Federal Government of much of its size, and almost 90% of the current statutes which we deem unconstitutional. This entire front involving the Constitution will be handled by the Constitution Desk.
.
The next concurrent front that we will have to fight the war is in the political arena. In particular in the Congress, and against the Whitehouse. As is well-known, both those seats of the Federal Government are currently seized by the enemy. In particular, the enemy holds huge majorities in both the House of Representatives and the Senate. However, two main lines of attack are open to the opposition, to which we belong. The first is to politically stall the movement of the enemy's legislative agenda as much as we can. For that hour Republican friends in the Congress will be employed. The second avenue of attack open to us is the Constitutional avenue already mentioned. Thus, as soon as any legislation is passed in the Congress and signed into law by the President, we should find various ways to challenge its constitutionality in Federal Judiciary system. However, it should be noted that the Federal Judiciary, too, is heavily infiltrated by the enemy. Nevertheless, we will be able to create a lot of road- blocks for the legislation, and also perhaps be able to annul a great number of legislations. At any rate, it is absolutely imperative to maintain pressure on all possible fronts that we can. To carry out and coordinate the political battles, we form the Political Desk. Of course it will have to coordinate its action with other Desks.
.
One of the most important tactical and strategic weapons that we have to master is the Media. The mainstream media will have to be fought and made to support and promote the people rather than the runaway government as it is currently doing. The so-called alternative media, including the Internet Media, the Blogosphere, the talk-radio, and the print media will have to be coordinated and effectively used in our war. For that we constitute a Media Desk. It will be the responsibility of the Media Desk to make sure that all our battles, tactics, strategies, successes, and philosophy are accurately and promptly conveyed to as large a section of the American people as we can.
.
This War is envisioned as an all out war, and we wish to consolidate all the resources of our Friends and bring those under one flag. This task of coordinating a unification of various Friends, we constitute a Friends Desk. Among other things, the Friends Desk will also be charged with recruitment of fighters.
.
It is important at this point to spell-out our ultimate goals for fighting this war and map out a Post-Revolution Strategy. This phase of our war will consist in accurately and honestly re-establishing the Constitutional Republic and Federal form of Government that our Founding Fathers gave us and fought for. The central theme of the post-revolution strategy is to strip the Federal Government of all the powers it has amassed which were expressed precluded from the sphere of the Federal Government by the Constitution. Other than that, there will be many reforms which will have to be made at the level of States. Those will be relegated to a later stage of the Revolution.
.
The main instrument of achieving the post-revolution strategy would be The Constitution of the United States of America. In order to make sure that our constitution is not corrupted, hijacked and ignored and ultimately defeated in the future, we will need to give the Constitution a defensive coat. A coat much more rigid and resilient than the one originally given by the Founding Fathers. In order to achieve that we will convene the Constitutional Congress, and adopt a number of amendments. We emphasize, however, that the purpose of these amendments is not to add substantially core principles on which the constitution is based, but rather to fortify the Constitution in a way that will make is more defensive of itself, and more readily enforceable. All the post-revolution tasks will be handled by the Rebuilding Desk.
.
Needless to say, all the tasks assigned to various Desks will have to be coordinated, and for that we form the War Desk.
